Fantastic gym! Excellent staff! Best equipment around! Youll not find a better gym in County Down and Rob is an absolute gentleman! If youre a newbie to fitness this is the perfect place to settle in and if youve been working out for years youll find yourself right at home here too!
Friendly staff and great gym. Excellent range of equipment some of which Id never seen before. Would highly recommend to anybody serious about fitness and health. Will definitely be joining up!
Been a few times while over on business and I find it a great gym. Equipment is some of the best and the atmosphere is good. Staff are always willing to help. Each time I go Rob the owner remembers me and we have what you guys call craic definetly worth 5 stars.
Everything you need under one roof from personal trainers to protein shakes etc Its a outstanding gym with rab the owner always looking out for his customers and willinging to help when needed and still bringing in new equipment.Also its a friendly great atmosphere and you can have a laugh while pumping the iron Were people help each other out when and if needed Best in town
Excellent facilities at the gym and a really nice atmosphere. The owner, Rab, is a top bloke and works really hard to keep expanding the gym equipment. To top it off it ' also one of the cheapest gyms around!
