First class gym.Staff are friendly, Knowledgeable and very approachable.Equipment is top of the range and very well maintained.They have classes from early morning to late evening.The prices are very affordable for the services they offer.Overall a brilliant spot with a great vibe. Wouldn't go anywhere else.
Been going to Darren now for over a year - Great results, great banter and all gym go-ers are non meat heads which makes for a very relaxed atmosphere - it's the least intimidating gym I have ever been to. - LOVE IT
