Good coffee cake plesant staff
Lovely little coffee oasis hidden away off the main street. By far the best coffee for miles. Their homemade breads and cakes are delicious too!
Great food service and staff
I visited Tribe Coffee on Tuesday of this week, and I will be honest, I was looking forward to it. However when we (4 of us) went into Tribe, I was surprised to see it was pretty small, so not a lot of room/tables. People were already at the tables indoors, which was obviously fine. There was a member of staff, behind the counter cutting up foods but she did smile at us, but said nothing. Not even a hello, or direct us to seating elsewhere etc etc. So this member of staff watched us leave. I did notice 1 table and chairs to the side. But it wasn't very clear, if it belonged to Tribe, or if you could use it, plus the view looked more like a building site, not I keeping with indoors. So you lost out on 4 customers for lunch. So why 2 stars - the place inside looked very clean and quite cool inside. And I know the potential my next visit could be - I've seen the photos of the coffee and food. The photos did make the place look a lot bigger, though. Next time, I'm going to visit with just my mum. So hopefully this next visit will be more fruitful. I will of course update this review after my next visit. Not sure when that will be, as we do live in castledawson. Looking forward it.
