Visited Ashvale Restaurant, Lisburn for the first time today. Disappointed with the customer service. We had to wait for 25 minutes for a table for 3. The problem was that people came in after us and got a table before us because tables for two were available. Obviously not first come first served here! Didn't get asked if we wanted anything more after our meal - they obviously wanted our table for the people waiting! Food ok but definitely not worth the wait or the poor customer service!
Great atmosphere, email food and service. Very busy 12.30-1.30 most days. Sometimes you may have to queue for a table.... but worth the wait.
Brilliant spot!! Food is gorgeous, coffee delightful & the Staff are super lovely, very attentive. An all round nice wee spot! Always busy though, but all good places are!! I'll be back real soon for round two :-D
Food was lovely... When we eventually got seated as the place was queued out the door. Lady brought us our food and was gone in a flash before we even had a chance to ask for red sauce (for my daughter!) . Had to ask twice for it before it eventually came and we'd half of the meal eaten. Still, it's busy because it's really good.
A comfortable eating area with attentive and friendly staff. Good coffee, nice range of food and not over the top costs. Food arrived quickly and well presented although we were there at a busy time. Also has a shop attached with a range of veg. bread and cakes, jam etc. plus a gift shop.Well worth a visit.
