Good food and nice decor. Much better than expected, relative to the usual cafes/restaurants at country parks. Worth visiting even if you don't plan on going for a walk.
There was a very long queue at lunchtime, and there wasn't a huge selection. However, the butternut squash soup and artisan sausage rolls were absolutely delicious. The atmosphere was good and the tables and seating were roomy and very comfortable.
Spacious, warm and cosy place. Perfect for lunch after a long walk on the estate. Lovely food, including vegetarian options. Great selection of cakes, scones and deserts. Friendly staff. Good for families with small children.
