I have a burst pipe the shop is supposed to be open until 1pm on Saturdays - i told her id be there at 12.15 but she wouldn't keep the shop open. Rude staff - unreliable even in an emergency - honestly if you guys are operating a customer facing business i suggest you:1 - stick to you advertised opening hours2 - go on some customer service trainingI would not recommend giving these people your money go elsewhere if you need help or advice
