Food first class my favourite Chinese
Food fantastic had Thai dish was amazing
Visited IMBA on Saturday night. The food beautiful. Giving 4* as the service was poor. There were 16 others in the restaurant while we were there but the girls were busy with the take out leaving us feeling a bit left out. We waited nearly 50 minutes for the food to arrive. Staff could do with a little training, there was 4 adults and 4 kids in our group. The kids had previously eaten so we just ordered two portions of chips between them. The chips came on two plates which left it awkward for sharing. Us four adults decided to order 3 mains to share, again the rice / noodles came out on a plate each leaving it awkward to divide out. It would have been so much easier if they had brought out 8 plates, a bowl of rice, small bowl of noodles and two bowls of chips that everyone could take what they wanted.Overall, nice upgrade to the premises however the interior feel more like a cheap cafe that a nice restaurant. Lacks a warm ambience, I think this is down to the cool white lightning, no music... Apart from the constant door bell ringing to let the staff know when the next order was ready.Would I go back to sit in? Maybe... but not anytime soon. Would I order from the take away. YES!If I am ever sitting in again I will update this review if there is any change.
