This house ( 124 AVOCA LODGE ) was a home away from house. Li our Host was lovely. She made sure to call over to Us to make sure that we were ok. We were late arriving on the Friday. Having planned to arrive around 4pm, we didn't get there until after 6pm due another crash on both the M50 & the M1 !!. Hoping all occupants were ok, we arrived to our Fabulous House, staying for 2 nights. Having being to Belfast regularly it was easy to find the property Eventhough Google Maps brought us through a country lane - now where you would want to me a tractor with a trailer on !!. We were to find the key in the front door - we also were happy to find our Home Away From Home heated with sone underfloor heating in the kitchen area. So we planned to visit our local ASDA Superstore on Kennedy Way, just off the Falls Road for our Xmas Grocery Shop. So we head for the DECATHLON OUTDOOR PURSUITS / SPORTS Superstore that is beside George Best Airport and IKEA in Belfast and not forgetting a trip to the Home Bargains Store next to Decathlon. 124 Avoca Lodge was just so comfortable. The house was spotlessly clean. The Open Plan Kitchen was AWESOME with a beautiful framed picure of the GREAT WALL OF CHINA on display. Then the were Ming Type Vases in the sitting room. Adjoining this room, with a large tv was a very comfortable bedroom with an adjoining Wet Room and a Rain Shower and nice and cozy to boot !!. Our friend Cathy had this lovely spacious extremely comfortable bedroom, Then upstairs with the main bathroom - ( Enclosed Power Shower - not electric with a Large Deep Bath ) which I got to try out !!! , were 2 more bedrooms. Ours had a most comfortable large King-sized bed , the type of bed that you would expect to have in any good 4* Hotel. Our friend Rose had the other bedroom to stay in. - It had 2 Single very comfortable Beds. We had to cover a large photo of a Chinese wildlife scene with one of the curtains in the room for her as it looked very real !!. Also I forgot to mention that all the Bedroons had walk in Closets. If we ever won the Lotto I would ask Li for the plans of this wonderful home !!!. It was extremely comfortable, warm, welcoming and especially warm.
