Sorry to disagree, and it may just be one bad experience, but this is a chaotic organisation. I value good communication above all in my professional advisers and this was not a good experience. Having sent a vehicle in for some work on the fuel tank, and having supplied the part I understood was required, I subsequently experienced very similar issues as I had prior to the work being done. BLRC said that it was my fault as they just fitted the part to my instruction. After discussion, it was admitted that the person working on the vehicle thought it odd that only the part I supplied was present and not another part that is usually replaced at the same time. I may have misunderstood which parts were required, as the original note on the vehicle stated that both parts would be required. And yet no-one thought it worthwhile to contact me, having spotted the oddity but not cross-referenced to their previous work, before commencing significant labour, which will need to be duplicated to finally resolve the issue. As I say, fairly chaotic, poor communication and one customer less!
